SYMPTOMS
You receive this error message when you want restore (import) a xml configuration file in ISA Server 2006.
ISA Server Error, The operation failed
Error : 0xc00403a4 The file cannot be imported.
The exported file contains an object of type Policy Rules which cannot be imported into an object of type Array.
The error occurred on object [SERVER] of class Array in the scope of array [SERVER].
CAUSE
The xml backup file is corrupted.
RESOLUTION
Do a new backup.
