Error on boot after copy of a VM (VMWare Virtual machine) SESSION3_INITIALALIZATION_FAILED STOP: 0x0000006F

PROBLEM
You receive this error after the copy of a VMWare Virtual machine from a location to another :

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
SESSION3_INITIALALIZATION_FAILED

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode.

CAUSE
A VMDK File was corrupted during the copy process.

SOLUTIONS
SOLUTION 1.
Copy all VMDK file a new time.

SOLUTION 2.
1. Compress VM folder with 7-Zip, select no compression mode (faster).
2. Copy the Zip file to destination.
3. Decompress the zip file
