Surfer sur internet et télécharger des fichiers est très lent avec / sous Windows Vista.
La meilleure solution pour moi était celle-ci :
- Ouvrir une ligne de commande.
- Taper la commande suivante et presser ENTER.
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
- Redémarrer l'ordinateur.
Browsing websites and downloading files is painfully slow with Windows Vista

The better solution for me was :
- Open command line.
- Type the command at the command prompt, and then press ENTER.
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
- Reboot computer
